FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What should I wear during my massage session?
You will be asked to disrobe to your comfort level. Generally, most people are either nude or leave on their under garments while under the sheets on the massage table. If you are coming in for specific work which requires a lot of movement, such as with Manual Ligament Therapy (MLT) or stretches, loose fitting yoga attire would be appropriate to wear during the massage.
What if the massage therapist is using too much pressure?
Let your therapist know immediately if the pressure is too deep in a particular area or in general. Before the massage begins, point out any areas of sensitivity (ticklish feet or sore muscles) or injury (broken leg) so your therapist can prepare for your massage. Communication is important before, during, and after your massage session. What if I am allergic or sensitive to massage products?
Please let your therapist know at the time you book your appointment if you have any topical allergies or sensitivities.May I bring my own music to listen to during the massage?
Absolutely! There is music provided by the therapist, but if you have specific music on a cd or ipod that you would prefer, please bring it with you to your session.3D Spine Simulator
